🗓 Returns Window

When placing an order with Phenomenal Gym Wear or on GymWearSale.com.au you agree to the following.

You have [30] calendar days to return an item from the delivery date.
Late returns are not accepted unless required by local consumer law.
    ✅ Item Condition
    To qualify for a return, items must meet these rules:
    Unused and in original condition.
    In the original product packaging.
    Accompanied by a receipt or order proof.

    Important Note: We will not offer a refund/exchange on the following:

    • Soiled
    • Designer Tags Removed or Altered
    • Missing Original Packaging
    • Make Up Stains/Tanning Product stains
    • Animal Hair
    • Deodorant Marks/smells
    • Items which have been damaged due to general wear and tear are not considered to be a fault. We reserve the right to refuse any returned items that have been damaged after they are received by you or if they are not in new condition and original packaging.
      💰 Refund Methods
      Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
      Return shipping costs are deducted from your final refund amount.
      Processing takes [5-10] business days after we receive the item.
        ⚠️ Exceptions & Final Sale
        Non-returnable items include:
        Gift cards and downloadable digital products.
        Perishable goods or custom-made items.
        Clearance or final-sale merchandise.

          Email us at sales@phenomenalgymwear.com with your order number.
          We will send you return instructions and a shipping address.
          Pack your item securely and ship it back to us.
